Please review before requesting
Provisional booking terms
1. Booking Request and Confirmation
Submitting an online booking request asks Triple A Car Rental (“Triple A”) to review the Customer’s requested rental dates, times, preferred vehicle and handover details.
2. Availability
All booking requests are subject to vehicle availability for the Customer’s requested rental period.
Submission of a booking request does not guarantee availability. Where the requested dates or times cannot be accommodated, a Triple A Agent may contact the Customer regarding available alternatives.
3. Vehicle Request and Assignment
A Customer may indicate a preferred vehicle when submitting a booking request. A request for a particular vehicle, including a particular colour, registration number or other identifying feature, does not guarantee that vehicle.
A Triple A Agent will assign an available vehicle based on availability for the Customer’s confirmed rental period. The vehicle ultimately assigned may therefore differ from the Customer’s preferred or requested vehicle.
The vehicle identified by the Triple A Agent as assigned to the rental will be the vehicle reserved for the Customer, subject to any necessary operational changes before handover.
4. Price and Payment
Prices displayed during the booking-request process are based on the Customer’s selected rental period, applicable rental rate and any disclosed additional charges.
Before the rental is confirmed, Triple A will provide or confirm the applicable rental charge and any other fees or charges payable by the Customer.
Submission of a booking request does not, by itself, require payment unless the Customer is expressly advised otherwise by a Triple A Agent.
5. Driver’s Licence and Eligibility Requirements
Every Customer must provide a valid driver's licence issued by their country of licensing when submitting a booking request.
A Customer who is not from St. Kitts and Nevis or an OECS country must also obtain a valid St. Kitts and Nevis Temporary Driver’s Licence before vehicle handover.
If a Temporary Driver’s Licence is required, the Customer will be advised as part of the booking confirmation process. Confirmation of a rental does not waive this requirement, and the vehicle will not be handed over until all required licences have been presented and verified by a Triple A Agent.
All required licences must be valid for the applicable rental period.
Customers who require assistance with obtaining a Temporary Driver’s Licence should contact a Triple A Agent before their scheduled handover.

6. Customer Information
The Customer is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted in connection with a booking request, including rental dates and times, handover location, contact information and driver's licence information, is accurate and complete.
The Customer must promptly advise a Triple A Agent of any error or change. Triple A reserves the right to decline or delay confirmation of a booking request where required information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot reasonably be verified.
7. Changes and Cancellations
A Customer who wishes to change or cancel a booking request or confirmed rental should contact a Triple A Agent as soon as possible.
Any requested change is subject to vehicle availability and may result in a change to the applicable rental charge or other fees.
Any cancellation terms or charges applicable to a confirmed rental will be governed by the final rental agreement or other cancellation terms communicated to and accepted by the Customer.
8. Handover, Return and Vehicle Availability
Confirmed handover and return dates and times are important to the management and availability of Triple A's vehicles.
Any requested change to the agreed handover or return time should be communicated to and approved by a Triple A Agent. A late return may affect subsequent bookings and may result in additional charges where provided for in the final rental agreement.
Vehicle handover may be arranged at the airport, ferry terminal, hotel or another location agreed between the Customer and a Triple A Agent.
9. Electronic Communications
By submitting a booking request, the Customer agrees that Triple A may contact the Customer by email, telephone or WhatsApp regarding the booking request, confirmation, vehicle assignment, handover, return or other operational matters relating to the rental.
Any automated acknowledgement or submission receipt confirms only that Triple A received the Customer’s booking request. It does not constitute confirmation of the rental.
The Customer should keep any booking reference or confirmation details secure.
10. Privacy and Information Security
Triple A will process information provided by the Customer in connection with a booking request in accordance with its Privacy Notice.
Customers should not submit payment-card information, passport images, driver's licence images or other sensitive documents through any general notes or comments field on the website unless expressly instructed by a Triple A Agent through an approved method.
11. Final Rental Agreement
These Provisional Booking Terms govern only the online booking-request and confirmation process and do not replace the final rental agreement.
Matters including insurance coverage, insurance excess, security deposits, fuel requirements, vehicle damage, traffic offences and fines, prohibited vehicle use, additional drivers, breakdowns, accidents, extensions and late-return charges will be governed by the final rental agreement and any applicable insurer requirements.
The Customer must review and accept the applicable final rental terms before the vehicle is handed over.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These Provisional Booking Terms and the booking-request process are governed by the laws of Saint Christopher and Nevis.
Questions, corrections, changes or requests for assistance may be directed to a Triple A Agent by telephone at (869) 663-9461 or through WhatsApp.
